To contribute to keeping Berlin clean by organizing a community cleanup in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Participants will focus on collecting trash from parks, playgrounds, and busy streets, promoting environmental responsibility and social impact. Additionally, the event aims to foster a sense of community among locals and internationals, while showcasing the importance of sustainability and collaborative efforts to improve urban living conditions.

Hope you are having a wonderful time in this amazingly chaotic city. You've probably all noticed it: Berlin actually has one big problem and we want you to help us fix it!
We want to help keep this beautiful city clean, so we will meet and clean up one of the busiest areas of Berlin! 🗑️ We will meet up around Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg and sweep through parks, playgrounds and busy streets to collect anything that looks like it belongs into our trash bags. This will be an wonderful event to get to know a classic Kiez in Berlin. Join us on our way to make Berlin even better for both locals and internationals!
This event is organised as part of the Social Impact Days of ESN, happening from the 11th to the 24th November. This event will be totally free for you, the Berlin Waste Management (BSR) and TU Berlin are helping us provide all the necessary equipment. We'll also have a free round of tea or coffee in a local café for you afterwards to warm up and be proud of our hard work!

🎒 What to bring: Please dress according to the weather. We will provide you with equipment used for the event (mainly vests, trash bags, grippers and gloves).
