ESN strives for inclusive mobility based on equity and on the needs of each individual. To achieve this goal, ESN has developed its own programmes and projects on the topic, raising awareness among international students and transforming them into more active citizens.
Inspired by the Youtube channel "Jubilee" and its "Spectrum" format, we organized a virtual round table in which the Erasmus students could discuss, without filters, on various issues of contemporary society and the Erasmus generation. Through the functionality of the surveys on Zoom, we asked several questions, to which the Erasmus could express how much they agreed or disagreed with these statements. This, gave us the possibility to have an overview of their opinion on this topic and subsequently, for each question, a discussion was held where they expressed their ideas, moderated by ESNers. The questions / statements on which they had to express their agreeableness ranged from stereotypes (eg.I reflect on the stereotypes of my country) to the Erasmus + program (eg.I think Erasmus program is inclusive), from the current situation (eg.I think my country handled Covid well) to issues always current and of which young people use to debate on (eg.I am addicted to Social Media - Technology lowers my creative abilities), passing through questions about Europe (eg.I feel European - I would like to be born in a different country).
Our goal is to make Erasmus pass an alternative afternoon, in the hubbub of the city, it always takes a little calm and what better than going to dance with young people with disabilities and giving us the opportunity to let loose and have fun with those who cannot take anything for granted.
Our goal is to make citizenship aware of issues related to homophobia, through our staff and Erasmus by creating a video where the main meaning is love
The goal of the activity was to stimulate the social interaction between international students, board members and local people. As well as learning about different cultures and sharing personal song interest with others. In this way, enjoying fun evenings and creating a better bond with each other. Objectives: - Pay attention to other cultural interests - Be open and show your own interests
Raising awareness about autism disorders
The main aim of the activity was to challenge our senses and to try to identify ourselves with people who have some forms of disabilities, for example blind people who have to rely completely on their senses to recognize objects, by touching or smelling them. The goal was also to destroy "mental barriers" and to adopt for a while a different form of communication and expression.
