- Guided tour showcasing key university facilities, such as lecture halls, libraries, cafeterias, and student service offices.
- Practical Information Session
- Covering topics like navigating the city, transportation, healthcare, and tips for living in the local community.
- Cultural Showcase
- Highlighting the local culture and traditions through presentations or an optional city tour.
- Q&A Panel
- A platform for exchange students to ask questions and clarify doubts, facilitated by experienced volunteers or alumni.
- Social Gathering
- Closing the day with an international dinner or a casual meet-up to continue building friendships and celebrate the start of the semester.
