To explore the cultural, historical, and artistic heritage of Florence and Pisa over two days, fostering a deeper connection with Italian traditions, local communities, and sustainable travel practices through eco-friendly transportation.
This two-day trip to Florence and Pisa provided participants with an unforgettable experience of Tuscany's most iconic cities. Traveling by train to promote sustainability, we explored Florence, delving into the heart of the Renaissance with visits to landmarks such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and historic squares. In Pisa, we admired the world-famous Leaning Tower and the Piazza dei Miracoli. Organized in collaboration with both ESN Florence and ESN Pisa, the trip emphasized cultural exchange, sustainable tourism, and the unique charm of these historic destinations.
