Welcome Party

On the 6th of October ESN VUB EhB Brussels organised an international Welcome party in the Agora party hall of the Saint-Louis campus in Brussels. To accomplish this party ESN VUB EhB Brussels collaborated with two other ESN organisations in Brussels: ESN ULB Brussels and ESN Saint Louis Brussels. At the party, we had 12 members who took up a shift and many more wo were there in case something went wrong. On the day itself we started the setup at 18.00. We opened the doors at 21.00 and the party ended at 02.00. We had around 900 participants during the party. We made sure to be ecologically responsable by asking people to bring their own ecocup (see Instagram announcement). We also had ecocups (= reusable cups) present there that they could use for a 1 EUR deposit.
