Goal of the Activity

The goal was to introduce the Erasmus students to one of the most interesting museums in Athens, concentrated on the lives of people with visual impairments.

Hello Erasmus people!😃
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to not be able to see the world around you?🤔 Come with us to the Tactual Museum of Athens! With this event you will have the chance to simulate what it’s like to live without being able to see.

You will be handed eye masks in order to live like the blind.The museum guides will guide you through the exhibits and you will be asked to guess what the exhibit is based only upon touching it.You will have the chance to heighten your other senses while learning more about the Ancient Greek culture and buildings. You don’t want to miss out on this amazing experience!

It’s an awesome opportunity to awaken all your senses and create long lasting memories with your friends and fellow Erasmus students!
