Yet, there are still so many biases associated with genders in the workplace.
In Summer 2022, Finnish PM Sanna Marin was criticized for attending a party. People from all over the world posted videos of themselves dancing on social media to show #SolidaritywithSanna.
But what does it mean to experience gender bias in the business world? What can we do to change it?
Let’s organize our #SolidaritywithSanna while enjoying a moment in the sauna!
