The event was opened on Friday morning by a conference on the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, adopting a sustainable diet and sports as a tool for social integration and improving health, both physical and mental, during which the Councillor for Sports, Tourism and Youth Policies of the City of Milan and representatives of various institutions and associations related to the world of sports and sustainability spoke.

The event continued with the 2-day sports tournaments, and concluded on Sunday with the offer of different types of city tours from which participants could choose.
