The main aim and objectives of this campaign are to advocate for these causes (Fight against racism, violence against women, LGBTI+ rights), that are global across the world and should be talked about. ESN in its core vision aims to foster intercultural understanding and create a positive change in society, but also in its values “unity in diversity, diversity in unity”, “Openness with tolerance”, and all the others, and with this it is our duty to promote these causes and make a positive change within our reach. It relates to the causes of ESN and everything we stand for.
This campaign main focus is on advocating for active citizenship, through pointing the focus into different areas, from the relation of the Erasmus Mobilities with the LGBT community, to the fight against racism, violence against women, to the celebration of Pride. Through a series of different posts on social media and one Instagram Live with ILGA (oldest association fighting for the LGBTI+ rights in Portugal).
