On 22 of June at 19:00 – 21:00 CEST, ESN Nijmegen organises LGBTQI+ training. Within this email we would like to invite you for this activity. Training will be held with two outside trainers and it is organised for board members of study associations within Nijmegen, students, education workers of HAN or RU or other ESN sections.
Our goal is to educate and bring more awareness about LGBTQI+ society and to build more inclusive community. Training will be held in English via Zoom and it will have an interactive form (no boring lectures ).
In our agenda, we are going to touch 4 different topics:
1. Introduction to LGBTQI+ terminology.
2. Common myths and misunderstandings.
3. Coming out and mental health.
4. Inclusive language.
