Talking about menatal and physicial health.
How are you doing these days? Totally fine and relaxed while sitting behind your computer all day and having nowhere to go to at night or…?
Human beings are essentially social creatures that naturally want to be with one another. The absence of social interaction can cause feelings of discomfort, loneliness, stress and sometimes even anxiety or depression. Experiencing these kinds of feelings is completely natural in times of partial isolation, and you are certainly not alone in this.
On Thursday evening, the 25th of March, the Radboud University and HAN University of Applied Sciences join forces in an online session about mental health in Covid times. With the aid of the university psychologists, the student pastors of both Arnhem and Nijmegen and some international student organizations, we will share tips on how to stay mentally fit, how to reach out to someone in need and show you where you yourself can turn to in case you need a little extra help.
Want to find out what university services and student organizations can do for you?
