Goal of the Activity

This trip will be the opportunity for international students to admire the beauty of nature at the Cité de la Mer.

They will also learn more about France's history and its richness in technologies while seeing " Le Redoutable", the longest visitable submarine in the world, 128 meters long.

They will aslo learn more about the famous "parapluies de Cherbourg". The city is known for the Manufactury of umbrellas, that lead to a famous movie named "Les parapluies de Cherbourg".

Description

International students will take the bus from University to reach the Cité de la Mer in Cherboug, Manche. 

After admiring fishes and organic marine diversity, they will visit "Le Redoutable". 

During the afternoon, they will go on a walk in the streets of Cherbourg, decorated with umbrellas.
