Goal of the Activity

The main goal of this activity was to transfer knowledge and skills to new, but also current ESN CU Prague members and to build a team spirit, so members of our team would feel welcome and comfortable being around each other.

Description

We  went through basic information about the ESN and our section - members learned more about the history and the present of our organization. They also learned about how the Erasmus Student Network can help them in their everyday life, but also in the future. They had the chance to learn about the opportunities that ESN International provides to members directly from the Network Manager of ESN CZ, who is currently also our Section Care. We gave a presentation about what is ESN, which communication channels and platforms we use in our everyday communication and how, or where to find information on our shared Drive. We also did team workshops,  and we had an open space for questions from members about the ESN, that we discussed at the end of the team building.

We also organised “Section Olympics.” The purpose of this activity was to try unusual sports activities, which forced participants to engage not only brain cooperation, but also physical coordination between teams. This led to friendly competition and  building up our relationships within the section.
