Create an interactive environment to enrich society through international students, as well as to introduce the city of Tomar to international mobility students in Portugal.
On Saturday, the event began by welcoming Erasmus students from Porto. The first activity is a visit to the Convent of Christ, one of the most important attractions in the city and the country. ESN Tomar members gave a guided tour of the convent of Christ. After the visit, the participants had a break to check-in at the hostel and prepare for the event.
The treasure hunt activity began after the medieval lunch and lasted for three hours(15h00-18h00). Each team had a map and a Whatsapp group where they received clues to accomplish their tasks, and sent proof of task accomplishment. When carrying out the tasks, the participants got to know the city and discover its beautiful history and culture as well as kayaking in the Nabão river.
In the evening, a social program brought the participants together while they enjoyed dinner where the winning team of the Erasmus treasure Hunt Tomar 2022 was declared. The following day, Sunday, the participants visited the aqueduct followed by a visit to the castle of Leiria before returning to Porto.
