Goal of the Activity

The aim of the campaign was to increase visibility and participation in recruitment activities across our Local Sections. Objectives included providing centralized information for potential ESNers, maintaining a consistent visual identity underlining the unity of our National Network that is one of the biggest of the entire International Network, especially helping the Sections that have problems with their HR to spread what we do in ESN, what ESN is and how to join our beautiful association.

Description

The campaign aimed to centralize and promote recruitment activities across ESN Italy's Local Sections, enhancing visibility and engagement. Launched on 05/09/2023 and concluding on 15/10/2023, it utilized Facebook, Instagram, and the website. Objectives included providing information for potential ESNers, maintaining visual unity, and aiding sections with HR issues. Templates were provided for customization, showcasing diverse ESN events. Targeting potential ESNers, local students, existing members, and international students, the campaign streamlined recruitment information and reinforced ESN's identity. Success was evident in increased event attendance, community engagement, and social media metrics. Collaborative efforts between ESN Italy and its sections yielded widespread participation and positive feedback. Moving forward, expansion to all 53 sections and a focus on video content are envisioned for improvement.
