As the government took measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease, ESN ULB Brussels has come up with a series of events to spend the lockdown (kind of) together. Do you like to bake? Do you enjoy yummy desserts? Or are you simply looking for a way to spend the days during the lockdown? Every Monday and Friday at 2 P.M., a member from ESN ULB Brussels team will show you their favorite recipe, made with easy-to-find ingredients and of course, lots of love! The video will be released on our Instagram account as an IGTV. Join this ESN ULBake Off and show your special baking skills. Are you up for the challenge?

The goal of the activity was to entertain erasmus students during quarantine with fun challenges in form of a photo challenge. The challenges took place twice a week and everyone who wanted to join had 24 hours to complete the challenge and send a picture to our mascot Hermann Hirsch. At the end of the given time a winner was chosen and all of the pictures were published on the ESN UniWien Facebook page so everyone could see what our students were doing while being stuck at home.
Our goal was to get to know different types of cuisine, to appreciate the culinary diversity of other countries. We gave to our partecipants a list of ingredients, if they used it, they would have taken bonus points. the ingredients were related with our region, Sicily.
