The goal of this activity is to promote well-being while abroad. ESN Porto and Euro Youth Mental Health, the only European-wide organisation dedicated to improving the mental health support of young people, teamed up to create a safe space to have an honest conversation. Many of our International Students feel alone or excluded while on Erasmus, with this activity we addressed the topic of inclusion and debated in a safe space among ourselves how we could contribute to promote a more inclusive experience for our International Students, and what steps they could take to feel like they are a part of something bigger and participate in the local community.
The goal is to give ideas what is worth doing in different countries to get to know culture better (ex. eat croissant in Paris cafe; drink polish vodka in Pawilony; join Oktoberfer in Munich, etc.)
