Social Inclusion and Information. Including international students in Luiss University life, allowing, also for students who spend only one semester or one year with us, full access to the Radio and freedom of speech in English, sharing their culture, their Erasmus experience and their passions through the powerful and fun enviornment of Radio Luiss. One of the golas is to unknowledge the great resource that international students are for our University.
What's Up World is a Radio Program hosted by students, for students. The prorgram is in English, and consist of 3 main moments:
1)comment on the current news from the world, with direct witness from our international friends from the interested country;
2) a moment to share your favourite songs and talk about us, our passions and our experiences around the world (sports, reading, travelling...);
3)comment on the latest news from the world of enterntainment and show business (movies, theatre shows, tv series...)
Radio Luiss, the radio of our University, gives the opportunity to all students to practise public speaking in a fun way and to express ourselves through our music and our voice.
The experience of going live on a Web Radio is unique, and allows international students who are guests in the program, or want to become co-speakers, to make new Italian friends at Luiss and have special guests that can be interviewed live or by phone.
This provides extraordinary opportunities to connect with the world.
It's a great way to get to know each other better, it's a challenge and it's fun!
