Motivate students to go for walks, be physically active and raise awareness of sports impact on health and wellbeing.
Description
Throughout the Health and Wellbeing Week of ESN NL, ESN Leiden is organising a "walking competition". For one week students are supposed to track their daily steps and send us those records per email to [email protected]. The person with the highest amount of steps will win a Yoga Mat (Participants from Leiden only).
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
