This workshop will allow students and anyone who wishes to join the video call to practice sports at home. The goal here is to discover easy-to-implement home sport activities.
It is important to take time for ourselves and physical health is important for our well-being. The company generated by this activity will allow to palliate the isolation of some people and to create a link during the workshop.
We wanted to participate to the Health and Wellbeing week with the Activity challenge that was a success last year as well. The aim of the week is to motivate people to move and be active in their day to day life.
The main purpose of this online event was to raise awareness for the importance of mental health and well-being. For this reason, the activities: pilates and meditation were included in the agenda of our event.
