To enjoy a day visiting Portugalete and the city of Bilbao, on a day trip, and to get to know more international students and better understand each other.
We met with the Erasmus students at the Interfaculty Building of the UC, to catch a private bus and go to Portugalete. There, we gave a short explanation of the Hanging Bridge, Portugalete, and left some free time for the assistants to wander around the place. After that, we headed to Bilbao and had free time, to eat lunch or to start walking in the city.
After lunch, the ESN Bilbao volunteers give us a city tour through the most important landmarks of the city, for example the Moyua Square and the Guggenheim Museum. and we ended up including a stop at a viewpoint to watch the sunset.
Finally, we came back to the city center and the assistants had free time, and then we returned to the bus to go back to Santander.
