The goal of the event was to show Erasmus students the most important historical place in Urbino, as we do every year. We also wanted to give them the chance to be active, from the cultural point of view, starting an exchange of knowledge with us and with each other.
Before organizing the event we analysed all the security standards needed inside the building (maximum number of visitors, obligation of face masks, division of groups...). All this in order to organize the event in the best way possible, following the restrictions at the same time.
We set the meeting point in front of the Ducal Palace. Once all the Erasmus students arrived, we took some time to make them sign the disclaimers and to explain to everyone how the visit would have taken place and the rules they had to follow. After that, we headed toward the entrance and, after splitting in two groups, we bought the tickets for the price we agreed.
The tour lasted a couple of hours, which flew by both for us and for the Erasmus students. The tour was guided by our Newbies that, as tradition, are in charge of explaining the tour(obviously with the help of the active members of the association).
