The goal of our teambulding was to integrate the new members into our team and prepare for the National Assembly and implement the Causes of ESN into every possible aspect of the NA. Also, we had a workshop on skills recognition and CV boost by one of our members working in HR.
We enjoyed our common time in the nature in Jeseníky mountains. On Friday evening, we had some icebreaking games to know each other better. On Saturday, we had a small hike to the natural reservation of Rejvíz. After the hike, we had a workshop on the engagement in ESN to inform the new members and remind the older ones in which field they can be active. Then we were discussing the programme and aspects of the National Assembly. We had a brainstorming on how to implement the Causes of ESN in the best way. We had a look on ESN Guidelines and came up with some ideas, which we implemented later on. In the evening we had free discussions about the new Erasmus+ programme. Later, we have celebrated the 32nd birthday of the Erasmus Student Network, as it was the 16th of October, the day when ESN was established. On Sunday, we had a workshop on the acquired skills in ESN and their recognition in professional life. We got some tips on how to include activities in ESN in our CVs. The workshop was facilitated by our member working in HR (full-time).
