Goal of the Activity
To give students a tasy lunch during a mentally and physically exhaustive exam week and to expand the diversity of food that we serve at the Global Lounge. Also to promote its image and boost its popularity
Description
A study lunch where we served vegetarian Taco’s instead of the traditional Tosti’s that we served during Tosti-Tuesday. We made everything besides the tortillas from scratch, which allowed us to bond a little better together, especially during the serving times when we had to work as a team to deliver the vast quantities and high quality of the taco’s.
