Goal of the Activity

The goal was to showcase to the erasmus students the centuries-old astronomical tradition of the city.

Description

What an incredible semester, isn’t it? Like a sky full of stars. That’s why we decided to watch the night sky altogether 🌌
What do we have for you? A visit to the Observatory of Athens! We will have a glimpse of the Athenian sky at Nimphon Hill, visit the spectacular Observatory telescope, and speak about the history of the site.
Hope on the experience, and make sure you reserve your spot, since there is only limited availability for tickets. 🎫

📍 Meeting Point:
Thiseio Metro Station. Then we will walk towards the Observatory of Athens, Nimfon Hill (~10 minutes on foot)
