The aim of the ‘Stare Bene, Vivere Pulito’ (Feel Good, Live Clean) initiative was to promote environmental care and civic responsibility by involving volunteers in cleaning up Parco Mondo in Potenza, raising awareness in the community about the importance of keeping green spaces clean and accessible to all.
The event ‘Stare Bene, Vivere Pulito’ (Feel Good, Live Clean) took place on Wednesday 24 July at Parco Mondo in Potenza and saw the participation of dozens of volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to caring for the environment. Armed with gardening gloves and telescopic tongs, the participants set to work collecting rubbish and polluting objects from the green area, thus restoring the park to its natural and welcoming appearance.
During the morning, the volunteers, united by a spirit of collaboration and civic duty, cleaned up the entire area, transforming a place compromised by the presence of rubbish into a space that is once again liveable and usable by the whole community.
It was intense but rewarding work: seeing Parco Mondo clean and tidy again was a source of pride and satisfaction for everyone. The initiative sent a clear message: taking care of common spaces means taking care of yourself and your community.
