Counter stereotypes by hearing the stories of people who have faced discrimination.
Bias and discrimination are two issues that gain constantly more attention.
In order to fully understand though how it feels to face this kind of behaviours, one should experience it, itself.
During this event, the participants will have the opportunity to meet and engage with teams and people who have dealt with prejudice and discrimination. These people will share their stories and experiences and the participants will be able to step into their shoes by asking them questions and realise how their reality is. Our aim is to create a space where everyone will be encouraged to speak out and get out of their comfort zone. Hopefully, by the end of the event, you will have learnt something new and have become more aware.
