The goal of this event is to offer participants an outdoor adventure, combining exploration, history, and social interaction. By organizing a walk to Sigulda, with visits to landmarks such as Turaida Castle and Sigulda Castle, the event aims to encourage physical activity, cultural discovery, and appreciation of nature. It seeks to create a memorable and enjoyable experience, allowing participants to socialize, take iconic photos, and enjoy local attractions, while also providing flexibility for different preferences regarding meals.

Take a walk through the wilderness to the Turaida castle.🏰
On the way back we pass Sigulda castle and Festivity square where you can take that iconic tourist picture next to the big "S!". 🌲📷
The walk is free of charge, but you will need cash or card for: 💶
train ticket to Sigulda (5Eur - both ways)
Turaida castle- 4€ with students card
Also, take some snacks, lunch and water with you! 🍔🥪
We will also have a chance to have lunch breaks at restaurants if you want warm meal instead of snacks. 😋
