Goal of this activity is to empower ESN members by providing learning experience focused on enhancing communication and networking skills, fostering inclusive communication practices, developing crucial employability skills, and addressing passive aggression management. Through a series of workshops and activities spanning three days, the training intended to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively communicate within their sections and establish meaningful connections with other ESN sections. The overarching objective was to strengthen the bonds of the ESN network, promoting cooperation, sharing of best practices, and ultimately contributing to the overall success and impact of the participating ESN sections."
The regional training was a dynamic and enriching three-day program designed to improve the skills and capabilities of ESN members. With a thematic focus on communication, networking, inclusive communication, developing employability skills, and addressing passive aggression, the event provided a comprehensive learning experience.
Participants engaged in a series of workshops and activities tailored to equip them with practical knowledge and tools. The agenda covered diverse aspects, including effective communication strategies, networking within the ESN community, fostering inclusive communication practices, developing essential employability skills, and addressing passive-aggressive behaviors.
The event aimed to create a collaborative and interconnected ESN community, where members could not only strengthen their personal and professional skills but also contribute to the overall success of their respective sections and the broader ESN network. Through interactive sessions and discussions, participants gained valuable insights, shared best practices, and built meaningful connections, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment within the organization. The event was recognised by other sections in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and their members joined this training as well.
