Planting Seeds of Empathy For The Planet

We organised an entire day of activities and sessions co-organised with a local refuge shelter. We started the day with a workshop on biodiversity and its connection to climate change. Then we had a presentation from Youth Environment Europe on what their organisation is up to, and different opportunities our students can chase. Then we had two workshops one on recycling plastic and creating a new item and one on the creation of natural cosmetics. The day closed with a session on environmental sustainability and a round of reflection. The day included 2 coffee breaks and a lunch with the people living in the shelter.
