What's a pen pal you say? Well, they're a friend in a far away place, with whom you communicate through letters. It's a special connection built on words and ideas, and is unique due to its very nature.
Nowadays you can chat with people from all around the world through apps, but few still maintain some of the magic of waiting for a message. We have looked into it, and with Slowly (https://www.getslowly.com/en/), we believe we can recreate some of the experience of having a pen pal, as letters take longer to send based on geographical positioning (up to 6 hours in Romania). Slowly has realised that the experience of a physical pen pal is still valuable in the internet age. Nothing replicates the anticipation of opening mail you've been waiting on. Without geographical positioning your e-letters will arrive depending how far away your pal is. Now it's up to you to sign up to get your new friend!
