On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women our goal was to learn some important facts about the violence against women and have an open conversation about that issue, after the "Desert flower" movie.
Description
On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women we had a kahoot quiz in order to find out some important facts about the violence against women. After that, we used "kast" to present the movie "Desert flower" where the main character (Waris Dirie, from Somalia) speaks up against female genital mutilation. When the movie ended we had an open conversation about the violence against women.
