Our goal is to encourage our studens to take every chance they can to get out to the fresh air, and get their body moving. We want them to create a perfect balance between their mental health and physical health. As during the semester we mostly focus on working with our full mental capacity, we find it important to emphasise the need of physical well-being as well, and as the weather allows us, we aim to create as many opportunities for our students as we can to do that. We aim to deliver hiking events, every other weekend to allow our incoming students to discover the natural beauty of Budapest, and show them possible hiking routes within the city. It also serves as a great socializing platform, since we can all chat with each other, while we hike.
As we entered spring it's time to get that Vitamine-D in our bodies. Having a packed schadule can be owerwhelming, and taking care of our physical needs is a necessity. We would like to show our incoming students different sides of Budapest, therefore we would like to invite all of our students to join us, in exploring the beautifl hills of Buda. Normafa offers a wide range of activities that we can all enjoy there, in addition it would provide a breathtaking view over Budapest. As summer is approaching we would like to implement as many outdoor physical activities as possible. We aim to take every possible chance to do that, therefore we are opening our event sessions with a lovely hike. Providing a chance for our students to have a chat, while we hike up there, socialize with each other, while they also take care of their bodies and physical needs.
