Goal of the Activity

The main purpose of this activity is to emphasize in mental health and stress management during our daily lifestyle. The coronavirus pandemic has prolonged and multiplied the negative effects of poor mental health with result in raising mental illnesses and experiencing negative thoughts and anti-social behavior. Assisted by HelMSIC, this webinar is going to give students a general prospective about our mental health, to teach us how related it is with physical health and eventually help us overcome the mental issues of our times.

Do you feel as if the ongoing pandemic has changed your life?
Do you think that you have not yet completely adapted to the changes of the last months and you believe that you will not adapt soon?
Is it getting harder and harder for you to keep it all together?

Mental health is a super important part of our lives, and unfortunately, sometimes we don't give the necessary attention to it. With the view to change this perspective, we have invited some guests from HelMSIC ( Hellenic Medical Students' International Committee) to get involved in an interactive webinar about mental health and stop the stigma related to mental illness, anxiety and depression, especially during the pandemic.
