The main purpose of this activity is to emphasize in mental health and stress management during our daily lifestyle. The coronavirus pandemic has prolonged and multiplied the negative effects of poor mental health with result in raising mental illnesses and experiencing negative thoughts and anti-social behavior. Assisted by HelMSIC, this webinar is going to give students a general prospective about our mental health, to teach us how related it is with physical health and eventually help us overcome the mental issues of our times.
