The online school of Aquilasmus is addressed to new volunteers who approach our association but also to those who have long been part of ESN L'Aquila and want to increase the themes, aims and objectives of the association. The aim of the initiative is to train the volunteer of Aquilasmus to 360 degrees: illustrating what the association is dealing with local, national and international level.
The first evening we focused on the local level, illustrating to our participants: The history of Aquilasmus, The vocabulary of ESN, Aquilasmus, Roles of the board, Housing (one of the main activities of ESN L'Aquila) and finally The life cycle of an ESNer. In addition, we invited several speakers including the founder of our association and the former member of the second board of Aquilasmus, who told us about the history and genesis of Aquilasmus. The other speakers are: a member of Aquilasmus, the guarantor of our association and the former vice president of ESN Italy
The second evening we focused on the national and international level, illustrating to our participants: ESN International, ESN Italy, The causes of ESN and finally Treasury and Esncard. For this evening we had the pleasure and the honor to have as speakers some members of the board of ESN Italy (The Vice President, The Treasurer and the Projects Manager) and one of our partners who was NR of ESN Netherlands.
The third and final evening we explained to our participants: G-suite and Jupiter, How to organize a trip, Communication and VIM. We had the pleasure to have as speakers the National Coordinator of the CommIT, the former Vice President of ESN Italy and the National Main Chair.
In addition, at the end of each evening we proposed quizzes through the Kahoot platform to understand what the participants of our school had learned.
