Participants gather near the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania, where they embark on a guided walk led by friendly locals. As they stroll through the city, they learn essential Lithuanian phrases to describe the beautiful scenery and ask for directions, enhancing their ability to navigate and engage with the environment. Along the way, they interact with locals, practicing their language skills and deepening their cultural understanding.
The event also includes a visit to the Lithuanian Parliament (Seimas), where students explore the heart of Lithuania's political history. They practice their ordering skills at a local café, using their language abilities in a real-world setting. The day concludes with a special concert organized by the Lithuanian government, where participants join in the national festivities, immersing themselves in the rich history and pride of Lithuania’s independence.
