One of the events that never fails among those offered by ESN Palermo is certainly the international dinner.
Food is one of the cornerstones of the national identity of any country in the world. It unites people and allows to stimulate conversations about cultural differences and similarities, culinary customs and traditions of each country.
The dinner was held at ESN Palermo's official headquarters and was organized thanks to the contributions of Erasmus and volunteers who cooked and brought typical delicacies from their own countries, creating this cultural culinary gathering.
Each dish was accompanied by its original name and origin so as to stimulate the visual senses and curiosity about the history behind the different delicacies. Everything took place in an atmosphere of friendship and fun with unfailing background music.
Food not consumed was divided among the participants at the end of the evening.
