Description

Ice Skating Night was a recreational sports activity organized for Erasmus students as part of the ESN programme. Participants met directly at the ice rink, where the ESN team assisted them with registration, skate rental, and initial orientation. After short instructions, students had free time to skate, socialize, and enjoy the activity with fellow Erasmus participants.
The atmosphere was friendly and informal.
ESN organizers ensured smooth coordination, safety, support and help for beginners throughout the event. Event Flow
1.  Arrival and registration – confirming participants, checking lists, handling any payments.
2.  Skate rental – helping students choose the right size and guiding them through the process.
3.  Opening announcements – safety instructions, programme overview, time schedule.
4.  Free skating session – main part of the event, allowing students to skate at their own pace and helping them
5.  Networking & social interaction – conversations on the ice and around the rink.
6.  Closing & group photo – returning skates, final announcements, and official closing.
