What is healthy lifestyle about?
Each of us have different daily routine and it means the same for habits. All of us know about recommendations about nutrition and staying active, but are we following them?
Usually students are those who are not following to any rules, but on the other hand students are using healthy lifestyle in cases if they have health problems or provided with recommendations from doctor or just think it is right to live a healthy life.
Within Health and Well-Being Week we will share with you useful information about healthy lifestyle. What It is and Why should we do that?

Do you know how much water you drink a day? Is it enough? Specialists say that most people drink too little water a day. Feeling tired everyday, losing focus quickly, not being productive, experiencing breathlessness, dizziness, headaches, feeling nervous and grumpy? There is a good chance you are experiencing these symptoms because you are not drinking enough water.
