This event is part of the ESN Åbo Akademi orientation week. Come to experience an authentic Finnish sauna and ice-swimming surrounded by nature. You will meet your fellow students and leave the place relaxed.
Villa Järvelä and ESN Åbo Akademi warmly welcomes you to take part in the unique local sauna- and ice swimming experience. In addition to the refreshing waters of Lake Littoinen, our high quality hot tubs and the Lake Boutique are at your service. This event is the end of the orientation week, and from here, without doubt, you leave as refreshed and relaxed.
What: Finnish sauna and ice-swimming
When: 12.1 18:00
Where: a meeting point at a bus stop "University, TYKS-U hospital" (near the university hill). We will be taking a bus from there.
Cost: 10e Sauna + 3e/bus ticket
Note that there is 2km walk from the bus stop to the sauna. Remember take your swimming suit, a towel, slippers, snacks, a bottle of water, and warm clothes.
