Foster friendships and connections within ESN Tallinn team, reward the volunteers for their hard work in February, motivate them for the upcoming events and break the ice between new and old members. Strengthen the collaboration between ESN Tallinn and its partners.
The event starts with an official members meeting at ESN Tallinn office. The members share feedback about past events and split duties for the upcoming activities. The members of the month get announced.
The unofficial part begins with a pre-drink in a form of getting-to-know-you Jeopardy game. Participant compete against each other by answering questions in 4 different categories: Welcome Weeks, ESN Tallinn, Members, Board. Participants get into the game vibe, get relaxed and learn more about each other.
The activity continues with a pub crawl, during which the participants visit 4 ESN Tallinn partner bars and do ESN themed challenges, such as:
- call an alumni who hasn't been active and tell them you miss them;
- - organize a newbies hazing ceremony;
- - name all ESN Tallinn partners;
- - post a group Instagram story, etc.
The events ends at ESN Tallinn office, where the participants can spend time together and relax.
