The goal of the ESN Sakarya Exercise Event was to raise awareness about stress management and promote physical well-being as a way to reduce stress. The event aimed to provide students with an opportunity to engage in physical activity while learning about effective techniques for managing stress in their daily lives.
Held on November 9th at 13:00 at SportsLab, the ESN Sakarya Exercise Event was organized in recognition of World Stress Control and Awareness Day. The event included a variety of exercise sessions designed to help participants relax, relieve stress, and improve their physical health. Participants had the chance to try out different stress-relief exercises and learn about the benefits of physical activity in maintaining mental well-being. The event was designed to encourage students to adopt healthy practices and prioritize their well-being.
