- Improve our online visibility to international students, local community and higher education institutions;
- Improve partner promotion;
- Better promote ESN Porto and the associations' causes;
-Be more up to date with trends and reach out to as many students as possible;
- Promote teamwork between marketing, communication and partnerships.
Online communication is definitely one of the first things that international students and future volunteers will look at and search for something about ESN, and what we do. It is our way of communicating with our former international students and future students, as well as ESN alumni and future volunteers.
That said, since September 2022, ESN Porto joined forces with the marketing, communication and partnerships departments to give a new life to the section's social networks, especially Instagram. In one semester alone we achieved a reach of more than 70k and we keep increasing our numbers which results in higher ESNcard sales, more students going to our events, international students that are not in an Erasmus+ program but from our social networks they realize that they can buy our ESNcard and go to the events, a higher collaboration with student associations and institutional partners and a higher number of local students interested in being ESN buddies and volunteers.
