The National Training Event is the annual event of ESN Greece aimed at developing the skills of the National Ogranisation's volunteers and its members.
The 3-Day activity took place in Chania, Crete, organised by the Local Sections of Crete. The event was a great opportunity for the 3 Local Sections to cooperate in an event beneficial to the whole National Organisation. The agenda and the Facilitators were coordinated by the event's Content Team, comprised of 3 members, including the National Training Coordinator and the National Vice President. The participants were members from various sections in Greece and mostly newer members of their Local Sections.
NTE 2024 was greatly supported by the Region of Crete, as well as Europe Direct of the Region of Crete, the Hellenic Mediterranean University and the Technical University of Crete. Their support was vital to the realisation of the event, while also showcasing the strong co-operation among them and the ESN Sections of Crete. The event was also supported by various local products businesses, that contributed to the Lunch and Coffee Breaks and gave the opportunity to the participants to have a taste of Cretan products.
