The main goal of this activity is to promote intercultural understanding and exchange among participants by providing a space where everyone can represent their country, traditions, and culture. Additionally, the event aims to create an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity, encourages sustainability, and strengthens the sense of community within ESN Kadir Has.
As part of the Erasmus Days celebrations, ESN Kadir Has organized a Culture Day where participants had the chance to introduce their countries through fun presentations, traditional games, tongue twisters in their native languages, as well as dances and songs. Each participant brought food or snacks representing their national cuisine, with vegan options available and a strong emphasis on zero-waste principles to ensure an environmentally friendly event.
The day concluded with an exciting Turkish Culture Kahoot Quiz, where participants tested their knowledge of Turkish traditions, history, and language. The top two winners received small prizes as a token of appreciation. The event successfully fostered cultural exchange, sustainability awareness, and friendship among international and local students in a vibrant and interactive atmosphere.
