Goal of the Activity

The goal of the city tour of Zadar for Erasmus students as part of the welcome week is to provide an engaging and informative introduction to the city's rich history, culture, and landmarks. The specific aim is to familiarize the students with the unique characteristics of Zadar's peninsula while immersing them in the ambiance of the past through the presence of a tourist guide dressed as an old Zadar local from the 18th or 19th century.

Description

During the city tour, the Erasmus students embark on a journey through time as they explore the fascinating peninsula of Zadar. To enhance the experience and create an immersive atmosphere, a tourist guide is specially trained to embody the persona of an old Zadar resident from the 18th or 19th century. Dressed in traditional attire and speaking in a manner that reflects the historical period, the guide adds an extra layer of authenticity and charm to the tour.
