To offer participants an immersive experience into the wonders of this mesmerizing region: Cappadocia. Through activities and exploration, we wanted to inspire a sense of wonder, adventure, and cultural appreciation, while providing an opportunity to learn more about the diverse landscapes, rich heritage, and cultural treasures of Turkey.
Embark on an unforgettable journey with us as we explore the enchanting region of Cappadocia! Our adventure began on the night of April 18th, as we arrived in Ürgüp and checked into our hotel. The following morning, we set out to visit the renowned Göreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing beautifully preserved churches dating back to the 10th, 11th, and 12th centuries. Mesmerized by the timeless beauty of these ancient treasures, we continued our exploration with a delicious lunch at a local buffet restaurant. The day concluded with an amazing Pottery Workshop, providing insight into the intricate craftsmanship of this traditional art form, followed by a visit to the picturesque Paşabağlar Monks Valley.
On the second day, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast before descending into the depths of Özkonak Underground City, marveling at the ingenuity of ancient dwellings carved into the rock. After an exhilarating ATV tour through the rugged terrain of Cappadocia, we savored panoramic views of the region's stunning landscapes at popular vantage points, capturing the best group photos. To add a great closing to this day, we had a Turkish Night, dancing the night away to celebrate our shared adventure.
Our final day, we dawned with a visit to the breathtaking Ihlara Valley, where we embraced the serenity of nature and explored the historic Selime Monastery, its ancient walls echoing centuries of history. Wishing farewell to the beauty of Cappadocia, we returned to Eskişehir, our hearts and minds enriched by the unforgettable moments shared throughout our journey.
