Goal of the Activity
The goal is to gain more awareness about social gender inequality and sex-role stereotypes while we reading fairy tales or any other genre.
Description
We meet with Melek Özlem Sezer, the author of "Masallar ve Toplumsal Cinsiyet", to learn more about her book and discuss the gender base issues (social gender inequality and sex-role stereotypes) and discriminations in tales: Hansel and Gretel, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty.
