Big Team Building is one of our most important events for creating deeper friendship between members of our team, interesting workshops and creative programs. As we meet outside of the city, away from everyday stress, on the cottage in nature. The creative team prepared a program for the whole weekend - it consisted of games that supported team thinking and group. Presence of international members at our team building was a great opportunity to get to know different cultures and their customs. And also for breaking potential prejudice.
Part of the team building was also a workshop that showcased how skills gathered in ESN can be helpful in everyday life or future work career, helpful also for exchange students that joined ESN with their communication skills.
