Goal of the Activity
This activity was carried out under the title of art therapy, which is one of the sub-branches of psychotherapy that psychology is interested in. It was organized to relieve our "stress" in this period when our psychology was suppressed.
Description
The event is planned for the Health and Well-Being week in May. The activity consists of two stages. In the first stage, after a brief introduction to art therapy, the stories and owners of 5 important paintings, the effects of the illnesses of 3 painters on their paintings (works), and the psychological effects of colors were discussed. In the second stage, the paintings were made, regardless of whether it was dry paint, charcoal, crayon, watercolor, etc. by chatting together and singing songs.
