Calming music, candlelight, gentle sensations all over your body - sounds good right? 

Is it romantic evening with your significant other? In a way! Because it is evening for the most important person in your life- yourself!

Come and experience relaxing ESN Yoga, which includes Qigong techniques, classical yoga postures and Pilates exercises. Don’t be scared of unknown words, this yoga practise is suitable for everybody. Level of preparation, body type and size, gender or previous experience don’t play any role. Your motivation and openness to new experiences are MUST HAVE.

Don’t forget to register, bring your yoga mat, put on comfortable clothes and see you there!
